Adoption
Cost
Generally, our adoption fee for dogs is $100-$250. We accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal payment for adoptions. If you encounter a problem with your newly adopted dog, we ask that you please notify us right away as we can work with you to ensure a positive outcome.
The adoption fee includes:
- Vaccines up to date
- Microchip
- A lifetime of love from your new best friend
How it Works
Anyone interested in adopting one of our wonderful dogs should complete an adoption application. Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator if there are any additional questions, and to arrange a home visit.
Once an application is approved, we will either bring the dog to you or arrange a time for you to visit the dog in their foster home. It is important for all family members and individuals living in your home to be present for the home visit so that we can ensure the pup gets along with everyone. We also encourage your existing pets to meet the dog you are interested in adopting.
If approved, Taffy's Touch will leave the dog with you or will schedule a date for the adoption to be finalized.

Buddy
Buddy is a 10 year old beagle mix. He will make anyone a very loyal companion and is searching for his lucky best friend. Buddy is dog friendly with all sizes and will need a fenced yard.
Tommy
Tommy is a 9 year old mixed breed with a heart of gold. He loves everyone he meets young and old. Tommy enjoys the company of cats and other dogs of all sizes.
Mona
Mona is a 14 year old Pomeranian with a heart of gold. She is nearly blind but doesn’t let that stop her. Mona loves all people and other animals.
Patch
Patch
Patch is an 11 year old cattle dog mix. He does well with people of all sizes and ages. Patch is a loyal companion who enjoys relaxing with his person as much as he can. He also loves to play with toys and go for walks. Patch would prefer to be the only pet in the home.
Bubby

Bubby is a 15 year old sweetheart that came to us when his owner could no longer care for him. He loves people and other dogs. Bubby would fit well in any home.

Gary is an 11 year old Pomeranian mix. He is a lap buddy to his person and does well with other animals.
Lola
Lola is a 10 year old schnoodle who loves everyone she meets. She is dog friendly and would love a companion that is home with her most of the day.
Mac
Mac is the bonded brother of Reese and the two must be adopted together. He is a 13 year old doxie mix. Mac is shy at first but learns to trust quickly. He does well with all other pets in the home.
Reese
Reese
Reese is the bonded sister of Mac and the two must be adopted together. She is a 12 year old doxie mix and she loves to play. Reese loves all people but may take a bit to warm up to other dogs outside of her bother.
